    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing Rolodex (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Rolodex.

    2. Description of Service

    Rolodex provides an interview preparation platform including technical and behavioral question banks, market briefings, live deal tracking, and interactive tools (the "Service"). The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or career advice.

    3. Accounts and Security

    • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • Prohibition on Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

    4. Subscriptions and Payments

    • Billing: By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the chosen frequency (e.g., monthly or annually).
    • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
    • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, or for accidental purchases once the Service has been accessed. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all users and prevents abuse.
    • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Rolodex or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
    • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users or staff.
    • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
    • Interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

    7. Disclaimers

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROLODEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CAREER OUTCOMES OR JOB OFFERS AS A RESULT OF USING OUR SERVICE.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL ROLODEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Delaware, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect. YOU AND ROLODEX AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
